You need to download and install the drivers for it. They can be found in the drivers CD that comes with the mobo. If not there, you could go to the mobo's manufacturer website and download them from there.
If you are using Win7, it is pretty good in finding drivers for the hardware itself via Windows Updates, but I would choose the ones from the manufacturer first.
