AMD Phenom X2 560 CPU FAN SUGGESTIONS

Hey everyone I need to over clock my CPU I just unlocked it with no problems however I am kinda nervous it would over heat soon as AMD is famous for it. I need some suggestions on what CPU fan to buy please list a few of ranging on money.
And can anyone give me instructions on how to overclock this?

Well, I started building computers in 2009, so for me, Intel is famous for running hotter, but neither should overheat. However, you're pushing your stock cooler past what it is meant for.

Cool but whats the main difference? is that 50$ fan really needed? how much difference would it make like more voltage, less voltage, how many degrees difference in temperature?

you can choose a decent cooler like collermaster hyper 212 +,no need to get more expensive.
