Yes it does exist and was use in my ASUS A7V333 motherboard. I need paging space - not speed. I can't find this type of memory anywhere. Can I use some cheap PC133 and slow the closk down?

Amazon offers this memory for around $25 for a 1GB stick.


You can probably use the slower sticks but your overall memory speed will default to the slowest sticks.
