Removable storage does not recognise by windows7

Hello,I have Acer Aspire 5738ZG Laptop with windows7 and suddenly my all four ports can't recognize any removable storage such as usb Flash Memory stick or Itisaluna (USB Internet stick) except for my external mouse could be working fine and I don't know how I can fix this problem without formatting >>any help >>plz

Try this: In the Device Manager, expand the Universal Serial Bus, then right click each entry and scan for hardware changes. (All root hubs)
