is AMD Athlon ll x3 440 3 GHz a good gaming processor?
can i play bfbc2 or black ops on full with this processor and Sapphire Radeon HD 6850 1 GB Graphic card?
Or should i buy a AMD Phenom ll x4?

Both are good budget processors and good to be paired with a 6850. I not not sure you can completely Max out those 2 games @ 1920x1080 (You should be able to at lower res.) but should be able to play on high settings.

Do you already own a socket am3 board or are you deciding for a new rig?Please take a look at SB performances of i5 2500k and i7 2600k.
