Power Color HD5670 on 400W PS and nVidia 520 Chipset ?

My motherboard is MSI K9 Neo V/2, CPU is AMD Athlon X2 4800+ and 3GB DDR2 667Mhz RAM. My question is will the Power Color 5670 card work well on this nVidia Chipset ?

Thank you both I will probably get the Saphire. I can get it in my country for a bit of a higher price but I wont pay for the delivery so its pretty much the same . Although thanks for the suggestion Altfire.
