What do you think about this AMD built

This is my first thread so please be gentle. I am in the process of building a new AMD rig i already have some parts (case,HDD,DVD,screen,mouse,keyboard) I am upgrading the rest, this is what piked :

Can you tell me if this list is any good and what you would pick.

The X6 is cool and all, but overkill for most applications. The X4 955 may be a better option unless you KNOW you need the additional cores the X6 gives. Use a Hyper 212+ CPU cooler if you overclock either CPU. Otherwise you are in good shape!

Thanks for your answer, about the CPU cooler I am not planing on OC for now, I'll use the stock one until i get a new one.
