Heatsink compatability with CPU and MOBO

I would like to know if this heatsink will work with this CPU, and if this is a decent combo. I notice that the heatsink says LGA 1155, but then lists only the i5 for that setup. My guess is that it will work, just hasnt been updated to include the new Sandy Bridge cpus.

It will fit and work fine. The first review is from a guy cooling his i5-2500k. Consider the Cooler Master Hyper 212 CPU cooler. It is cheaper, fits the 1155 socket also, and will do a great job keeping your temps in check.
