Motherboard/cpu/OS compatibility

Hello,
I am looking to upgrade my system to the following: Phenom IIx4 965 with Asus M4A88T-M motherboard and 4GB DDR3-1333
PC3-10600
600 Watt Power Supply - PCIe 2.0 Compliant. Can you tell me if my Windows XP (SP3) 32-bit OS is compatible with this configuration. I need to keep this OS for some of my programs.

Windows XP 32-bit will be just fine on that hardware.

The XP programs will work in Windows 7 in compatibility mode. More info => http://www.microsoft.com/windows/windows-7/features/windows-xp-mode.aspx

Thanks. I have a Win 7 64-bit system also, but my autocad program is picky and runs best on the XP so that's why I wanted to keep it.
