Ati hd 4670 audio problem

im having a problem with the audio on my machine

a few days ago i swapped out old moniter for a 26" tv

becasue my graphics card has a hdmi cable i plugged it in and booted it up

this worked fine until i plugged in some usb headphones and now its not showing up and i cant enable the audio on my computer to come through the tv anymore

does anyone know how to fix this

fixed

just pulled out hdmi out of tv and plugged back in
