"* Additional Fan:
- 90mm Rear
- 80mm Front(optional)"

The user reviews (from Newegg) state you can put one there and it looks like there is room behind the lower 2.5 bays.
not sure about the fan's location, but i think i've seen another thread about that. search the URL on this website and see what you get.
other fans will just attach to the power supply and can't be regulated. they run at a constant speed.

To add to the other persons response some fans have a speed switch on them for when they are connected directly to the psu (they usually cost more though). Just a recommendation walmart has an NZXT gamma online for $39 with free ship so it is only ten more than the one you have listed plus it comes with a fan and five open fan slots (2 top, 2 side, and 1 front). It is currently more expensive on newegg. And the psu is bottom mounted in the gamma which sould make wire routing and heat dissapation better.

"You can only fit a back 80mm fan!"

According to someone who actually owns the case:

"The layout of the front cover does not allow for a fan to mounted between it and case. There is snap mounting for a fan inside the case, but that takes away room for hard drives."
