Looking for Cpu

i am in the process of starting a new build, and need some CPU advice. the build is going to be used for email, web browsing, microsoft office,itunes, etc. i have a huge music collection, and rip and burn alot of cds. I am looking for a fast all around processor that can efficiently complete all of these tasks. i would prefer intel, but if there is something else you would recommend, i am open for suggestions. my price range is 100-150. if anyone has a suggestion for a motherboard that would be good for what i am trying to accomplish let me know.
