The CPU is a AMD Phenom II X6 1075T 3.0GHz (Socket AM3) Processor - Retail

The graphics card is a Sapphire HD 6850 Toxic ATI - AMD Radeon Graphics Card - 1GB

The mobo is a ASUS M4A78LT-M LE AMD 760G Socket AM3 DVI VGA Out 8 Channel Audio MATX Motherboard

And the case is Coolermaster Elite 342 Micro-ATX Case

I just need help with the power supply that will fit in the case, what ram should I Get and what disk drive should I get?

I'm keeping it cheap thats why it's not great but will this all work and fit?
Thanks :)

4-8 gigs of RAM should be enough, some 600W+ power supply should be fine.

depending on your budget, you could either go for a fast HD or some SSD's to boot

Samsung Spinpoint F3 1TB hard drive
4 GB G.Skill DDR3 1600 CL7 RAM

I am not too familiar with mATX cases or power supplies but a good 600Watt from Antec, Corsair, Enermax or Seasonic will do...

A standard HD6850 requires a minimum 500W PSU. The one you intend to buy is sufficiently factory-overclocked as to need a second PCIE power connector, so 550W to 600W is probably a safer range. Antec, Seasonic, Corsair, Enermax, and XFX are among the better brands with models in that range.
For games, a higher clocked Phenom II X4 may provide better performance than the X6; and an Intel Sandy Bridge CPU (even the locked 2400) will be stronger still. If needed to make budget, drop down to a non-toxic HD6850 (you can OC it yourself) or 1GB GTX460.
