Help! AMD 1090t overclocking instability

I tried the following settings in gaming and everything is fine, but as soon as I run the Prime95 thingy, the system crashed (not bluescreen, but BLACK screen+reboot).
210x20= 4.2ghz
CPU NB VID voltage=1.3
CPU Voltage=1.5
As I am overclocking on a gigabyte 870A ud3 mobo, and with kingston 1600 cl9 ram, I heard that people say the mobo cannot support ram running with speed higher than 1333 mhz. Is it true?
As I set my ram to run at 1680 (210x8), is it the reason for the black screen crashing?
But I've tried before to set my cpu back to 200x20 and voltage 1.5 and ram at 1333, but it still crashed with a black screen.
BTW, I am cooling my cpu with a hyper 212 plus (2 fans), the temp seems normal and is about 50 degree Celcius before black screen crashing.
Can you guys please help me?

Have you run memtest on your ram? http://www.memtest86.com/download.html
What is the rest of the specs inclusive of PSU? Under prime95 the system needs more power than it ever uses in normal use and power issue would result in black screen.
