Video Card Advice

So I've got my mind set on buying a Radeon HD 5670 for my new budget build and its gonna be either

MSI R5670-PD512 Radeon HD 5670 512MB 128-bit GDDR5 PCI Express 2.1 x16 HDCP Ready Low Profile Ready Video Card with Eyefinity

The MSI is cheaper and has dual fans but the XFX has a lifetime warranty I believe. Which one has better performance ? O:

All of the HD 5670s with 512MB DDR5 RAM will perform the same or nearly the same. I think you should go with the lifetime warranty.
