Remove shipping lock from black cartridge- error

Hello, On a HP Color LaserJet CM2320 I get the message "Remove shipping lock from black cartridge" after changing to a brand new cartridge, but all shipping lock are removed. I tryed to change to another new cartridge, with the same result: A error message stating me to "Remove the shipping lock". Changing back to my old cartridge works without error message.

Have you remove the tape that protects the ink of the printer?Often before inserting ink they have some plastic that protects the ink.

Hey guys.

I had the same problem after replacing the chip after doing a refill.

This is what I did to fix it. I think it forces the printer to do some king of reset.

take the cartridge that has the error message and swap it with another color (put it in the wrong slot on purpose) then close up the printer. the printer will do a check and say that the toner is in the wrong slot. Then ope it up and put all the toners in the correct slot. The printer will do a complete reset and recalibrate (it will take a while) when all is done everything will work properly.
