12gb corsair vengeance 1600 + intel dx58so

Hello,
Just installed 12gb corsair vengeance memory on Intel dx58so m/b and it doesn't even boot but does 3xbeeps instead.
After removing them and the battery for 20 mins and reinstalled ( placed them also one by one to see if I get smth else),I get the system rebooted all the time without anything else happening.
Any help would be appreciated,thanks in advance.

Did you get any help with this? I'm having the same problem.
