25 $ cpu cooler lga 1155

hi all....need your help
i have pc with intel core i3-2100
msi h67 ma-E45
psu seasonic sII 500 W
casing coolermaster elite 430

i have trouble with the noise from the cpu fan..i need a quiet cpu cooler,,,,
anyone giving me advice ??
