Will a Corsair 850HX be enough to power

Intel Core i7-2600K @ 4.8GHz
two Radeon 6970 @ 940MHz
two SAMSUNG Spinpoint F3R 1TB 7200 RPM
two Crucial RealSSD C300 128GB
G.SKILL Ripjaws X Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3 1600
ASUS P8P67 WS REVOLUTION LGA 1155 Intel P67 / NVIDIA NF200
LITE-ON Blu-ray Burner

And also do you think it will all fit in a Antec Three Hundred? or will the graphics cards block too much of the hard drive cage.

two 6970s?

I would say it is but cable management will be a pain not to mention its going to be very cramped in it. Doable ... i think... 'looks at my antec 300'...

Might wanna look into slightly "larger" cases like the DF's HAF's etc

With that kit, plus the OC, I'd look at a bigger case. It's not just capacity and cable-management, it's heat as well. And you'll be seeing a lot of that.
