Can you be more specific? can you include your hardware too?

Yes some more info would be helpful, I am guessing you mean the auto standby when its been inactive for some time. Depending on what Operating system you have? Its in control panel, under power options, click change when the computer sleeps and select never.

This may not be your problem, will help more when you can give more details
