Asus z68 v LX bios setup?

I am building a new pc(see below for the build), do i need to change any option to the bios default setting?

Asus z68 v LX
I5 2500k-stock fan
G.skill ripjaw 1600mhz,8gig,1.5v
One samsung F4 2tera hdd. sata2
one sony dvd drive. Sata 2
fractal design define r3
Antec TP new 650w
Window 7 64bit(not installed yet)
Asus gtx 560ti(not install yet)

No, nothing will need any special adjustment.

I build one with that mobo and 2600K and it worked fine.

Just check if the mobo is set to AHCI, should be by default.

And that's all.
