I do alot of downloads movies/shows. Office work and ocasional gaming. And yeah and I want to stick with the underdog AMD.

Sorry to say this but even though you want the underdog AMD unless youre paying $190 - or less youre wasting youre cash dont think AMD until bulldozer.

a 2500k does better than the 1090T and its cheaper. your wasting your money.
