How to install Zalman CNPS7000V(AL) on MSI Motherboard?

HI, I recently bought a computer off of tigerdirect and was wondering how to install the Zalman CNPS7000V(AL) on the MSI MOtherboard? This is the picture of the Zalman CPU Cooler http://images.highspeedbackbone.net/SKUimages/gallery/large/Z20-4018-call07-cba.jpg and this is the picture of the motherboard http://micromaxgroup.com/images/mobo/MSIBOARD.jpg When i try to connect the cooler over top of the Processor there are no holes to screw this in with please help!

The AM2/3 bracket (black plastic) has the four holes required to install the cooler.

You'll have to remove the current 4 screws that hold it down and use the 4 screws that come with the Zalman that replace them to install the cooler.
