H55-LE asrock motherboard recommended PSU=?

what is the recommended PSU for H55-LE asrock motherboard with this kind of spec? and is it ok to add 1 superfan for ventilation for CPU? , i have 550W atm.
computer spec:
:H55-LE motherboard
:Corei3 3.0 Ghz
:2gb DDR3 memory
:1Gb Nvidia GT9500 DDR2
:500Gb samsung hardisk

Warning the H55-LE ASrock is the 1156 socket.
If you dont plan to overclock then no.Stock cooler is enough however you must remember to make sure that the stock hsf of this cooler is fasten tightly on.These things are often hard to fix because you dont know when you have really fixed it on.

what do meant by overclock? is th that the OC tweaker on the boot menu?...i turn it off..is that ok?

For you a good 400w would be fine.
BUT it is BETTER for you get a 600w because you can use it to upgrade because you cant sli or cf so i dont recommend much more than 650w.

actually my PSU is not branded as you would think its when I buy the case of my computer its free or like package...but im planning to buy new PSU...50 to 60 $ is my budget...what brand would you suggest?

please buy a new brand.One of my friends lost his gpu because of a bad psu.

Which core i3 did you buy? I'm asking cause the newer i3's use a different motherboard than the one you chose.

A 350w psu would be way more than enough for that system.
