I've been looking for a modular PSU, and this seems like a good one. Is it enough for this build?

Made by Delta, don't know much else about it, but Delta are a good manufacturer.

It's not something that I would own or recommend, but you'd have to spend more to get something else that was modular and was high enough quality to justify spending more.

I would like to suggest that you look at the HAF 912, it is about $50 cheaper, has more space for harddrives, is a bit smaller, but still has plenty of interior space and will still cool your components very well.
If you decide to stay with the HAF 922 then I'd like to say that you hardly need a modular PSU because of the massive amount of interior space.
And a perfect candidate for a non-modular power supply with higher efficiency, long cables and high quality with reviews behind it is the Xigmatek NRP-PC602 600W 80Plus Bronze $60 ($20 rebate, $2 shipping)

The only question mark is about ripple and noise. But I'm pretty sure it would be within spec considering that the capacitors are from Nippon Chemi-con and Teapo.
