Need a Quiet PSU

My specs; Core i3-530
Asrock H55m-ge r2.0
Antec 300 case
HD 5770 Graphics
2 Antec TriCool Fans
2 Enermax 120mm Fans
2 7200rpm HDD
1 Sata Disk Drive

Would prefer a modular PSU and I have a budget of £60 and it has to be quiet (not silent).

The 140mm ps fans are pretty quiet. I've used ocz for awhile, and can barely hear it.

^+1 i agree i use the 600W ModX and it's quiet and problem free after more the 1yr so far.
