Need help with hard drive set up

What is the best hard drive set up for a computer aided engineer I will be using Evga classified sr 2 motherboard and xeon x5690 processor price i would like is under £1000

Nice motherboard and CPU! EVGA's and Intel's products are great!

Consider two of these types of disks in RAID 1 installed in the computer for the CAD, and additional external storage, also in RAID 1 for project work storage.

You can have additional HDDs in RAID 1 or RAID 1+0 (different from RAID 0+1) for the external storage.
