Personally I would get the more efficient Seasonic S12II 520 Bronze.

And there's virtually no benefit to having a mechanical drive with a SATA6Gbps interface, so I think you may as well get more capacity for a cheaper price:
Samsung Spinpoint F3 1TB $55

Altho having a WD drive does have the advantage of being able to use the free programs and utilities that they make available to systems which have a WD drive present.

A good build... I like the case.

1) The price premium for the 2500K is very small, and you can get a Asus P8P67-M Pro motherboard for about $25 more. Sandy bridge is easy to OC past 4.0.

2) How about a CPU cooler? The CM hiper 121 is only $30.

3) See if you can't budget $100 for a SSD; many things will go faster.
Put your OS and current game on it, and use a cheaper hard drive for overflow, storage, and backup.
