GPU Overheating

My idle temp for the GPU is 56 C, and 75-80 C at full load.
My CPU is a little hot at 48 C to 60-65 C at full load.

I am not sure what the problem is, I cleaned everything off, re-applied thermal paste a few times, made certain that the connection was tight, have fans running on high all the time, and still no luck.

Any ideas on what could be going on?

Thanks for any input, and let me know if I can provide any additional information. Specs are below:

More about overheating
  1. As long as everything works fine your card should be OK. Considering you cleaned and all that stuff all I can say is you might have put too much paste applied. Other than that as long as everything works I wouldn't worry, but I'm not an expert or anything
