Gen3 p67 vs z68

i want to build a new gaming PC and was wondering if p67 or z68 is better for gaming?

some people were saying that p67 is better for gaming but z68 is more "future proof"

also which one of these mobos would be the best option for me

Your shopping cart is empty. Diferences between P67 and Z68 are: z68 adds is integrated graphics support, lucid virtu, ssd caching.
I choose the ASRock Z68 Extreme3 Gen3 is cheaper and have everything you need. Its verry good for gaming.
