More about watts need
  1. 500watt would do it. 600watts would be plenty. The PSU's you list are not the best nor the worst similar quality.
  2. go with the brands like corsair ,xfx, coolermaster etc.

a quality psu, 650w is decent and will be more future proof.

CORSAIR Enthusiast Series CMPSU-650TX 650W ATX12V / EPS12V SLI Ready CrossFire Ready 80 PLUS Certified Active PFC Compatible with Core i7 Power Supply
  3. Concur "go with the brands like Corsair ,xfx, coolermaster etc." for brand. 25 or even 50 bucks more on the PSU is well worth it considering that if the PSU goes there is a small possibility it can take out the REST of your "BABY"

As to size. Your build should be arround 350 Watts when under load. So a good 500-> 600 Watt PSU is fine. HOWEVER, if in future you might want to add a 2nd 560 for SLI that would add approx 175 W. In this case Min size = 650 W with reccommended size -> 750Watts.

  4. So 600w is more than enough, even if I plan to OC? No, I dont have plans for SLI. BTW thanks for the help guys! And I will buy a more decent PSU if my budget permits it. :D
  5. Don't know where you live OP but i live in Canada and the Cougar unit you listed isn't cheap $120 Canadian.
It's made by HEC and is ok.
Where i live you can buy better units cheaper or at the same price.
Antec TP New 750W and XFX Black Edition 750W come to mind immediately.
