AMD ATHLON II x4 640 TDP is not 95 watt on hwm black box

I have AMD ATHLON II x4 640 Propus CPU running @ 3.00 GHZ (Stock Clock) ,the TDP of cpu is 95 watt but HWM black box shows that the tDP is 106 watt ,why???????????

It's MAX wattage will be 106W when on 100% load, but even under heavy gaming it shouldn't go over 95W.

If you are running stock speeds, you can udervolt that sucker to get to bellow 95W at loads!

You have your vcore set on *Auto* in the BIOS and the motherboard is over-volting the processor.
