ShipCalc 52 upd with Ground Combat Simulator

"Ship Calculator" is a multifunction utility for Planets 4.
It is mainly used for building ships and calculate (compare)
the cost of the ships.

NEW : Ground Combat Simulator (with animation)

I don't have the time to complete the animation in the
next few days so i will release it now with incomplete animation.
The code for GC is complete. I added a lot of log messages to make
it clear. The animation is (very) uncomplete. You will see the
shots only in 'roaming defense' and 'deep ground patrol' modes.
