Shipped pc from US to UAE , no power when I push button

Hey guys ! , I recently moved from the US to the UAE and I put my furniture and PC into a container.
the pc was nicely packed and when i got it today it looked exactly the way I plugged it in.
I pushed the power button and nothing happened, then I realized the Voltage here is 230w so i swapped it over.
the same thing happened , no power .
any ideas?
