Does my processor need upgrading to get full effect from my graphics c

Yikes that is low, I still remember my nab days when I was using a Slugeron D 420 @ 2.5ghz then upgraded to a e1200 that I pushed to the same clocks. Your cpu is no different and you might as well replace it with something like a e7400 or better and you will see a massive fps boost and then look into overclocking if possible. By the way don't use the stock coolers and always buy quality.

Cheers for the good advice, I thought it was about time cpu upgrade was due. I have over-clocked to 2.4ghz and still kept temp well under 40.c. Still I feel its just not fast enough. So new processor is best option.

My mother board supports core2 dual processor at 800mhz max what sort of Ghz range should I head for, I would like max effect for minimum price. What would you recommend ?
