And you can use 2x Xeon cpu's for some serious processing power.

The question I'd ask myself is do I really need it??

Ports: 6 x SATA 3Gbps, 2 x SATA 6Gbps, 2 x eSATA 3Gbps, 10 x USB 2, 2 x USB 3, 2 x LAN, 4 x surround

Is that 8 or 10?? :D  as one say 2x Esata

on eSata yes. eSata and USB3 should be as fast as an internal drive, although with that amount of SATA ports available don't see why you'd need more drives hanging out of the box.
