Free system recovery instructions for acer aspire one

Hello,
I am trying to be able to get my acer one netbook to work it is a kav60 model it seemed to have crashed I dont know why but I would like to fix it I know that on the blue screen it says at the bottom "technical information: *** stop: 0x0000007b (0xf7aso51c, 0xc0000034, 0x00000000, 0x000000000)

I would to boot in safe mode and be looking for a virus... malwarebytes, windows live safety scaner

And scan disk for errors.

It will not allow me to boot up at all in any mode.

Do you have a windows Disk? Boot with that and try a repair.

I am having the same issue with the same unit. I do not have the boot dick and the netbook does not have a cd drive even if I did have the disk

I would recommend you to use a free software called as "ACTIVE BOOT" installed on a pendrive as a live which will let you give access to your drives data.
Save that data to external backup sources such as on external hard disk.
Reinstall the windows.
Restore the data from the external source.
Your system will be recovered and would work more efficiently.
