Best z68 board for under $130?

Looking to build a new rig in a week or two, I don't do overclocking, althought I might want to try it. Best board for under 130 US?

Using i5 2500k
dual channel 8 gigs 2133(recommended by other users, was going just 1600)
SSD
560ti

I have been looking at this one.

Well, in my opinion your ASRock would be good for $109, I simply trust and value ASUS more.

U need to read the OP msg again and see what he needs and what he wants to do with his HW.

I used that ASUS in 2 builds and people are happy with it.

That ASRock is out of the stock.
