In a nutshell, Z68 includes the main features of both H67 and P67.

some Z68 platform boards support the future ivy bridge intel processors and PCI-Express Gen3

the p67 simply doesn't have the support for future processors but is essential to overclocking a k processor

the h67 doesn't have overclocking or sli/crossfire
