Soyo tvs/main/ logic board/reset switch

I have a 37" flat screen tv, brand name, "SOYO" i have no picture, i've been reading blogs from other people having the same problem, one easy fix that many were talking about was a reset button on the main/ logic board, i got to looking last night, and was not able to find it, can you help me locate this button?
