Thermaltake V4 BE or Radimax Typhoon

please help me choose a case, this is my first custom build and i have already chosen everything except for the case. i can't choose between these two. which one would be better mainly for cooling and is 50w a big difference power wise (V4 comes with 450w PSU while Typhoon comes with 500w PSU). also is there another sub $90(AUS) that is better and comes with a PSU.
