Radeon 5670 for small PSUs?

Is it possible to run an ATI Radeon 5670 or 4670 with a 240W powersupply? I hear it doesn't require external power, but im not sure what this means.

I wouldn't run a card higher than HD5570 on 240W PSU...
You'll take a risk if you push your PSU to run higher card.
