Hello,is COOLER MASTER Hyper 212 compatible with Dell Inspiron 530?

The answer is 'NO" - you cannot use the Hyper 212+ in this Dell case.

Another thing to consider is that fans installed in Dell computers have their own unique pin-pattern - a standard fan must be re-wired before it can be used in a Dell.

I want the computer to be silent. I am not sure what's wrong with the CPU fan. It has been very very loud.
