Reallocated sector count

Hello,
I can't get use of my OS anymore, it boots up in repair mode then says it cant automaticly fix these errors. So I can't get into the system to get my files, and when I attach the Hard drive as a Slave, it looks as if all my files have dissappeared! This is the error details, there was (2) errors:

ID: (05) Reallocated Sector Count
Current: 253
Worst: 1
Threshold: 63
Data: 8
Status: Failed

ID: (CB) Run Out Cancel
Current: 253
Worst: 69
Threshold: 180
Data: 0
Status: Failed

I don't understand, what does all this mean? Can someone please help?
Thanks!

  2. Your reallocated sector count has gone up due to physical hardware defects on the drive. Usually once reallocated sectors start popping up, they get worse. It's most likely time to retire this drive.
