Updating bios on asus

on my asus g73 asus live updates keeps poping up but if i try to do anything it wont download so im thinking about deleting it.

if i do a few sights said to download win flash or somthing like that is this a good idea? (to just delete live and download win flash, and does winflash tell you how to use it or do i need to research it)

i say delete it and just go to asus.

the hard part is finding how to delete the original driver and choosing the correct way to download it theres : global dlm, global, china, p2p i dont know the difference or how to delete the original drivers but this is all i do know hope it helps
