5670 on a crap 300w psu

i gonna upgrade the gt210 on the arcade cabinet to a 5670. i was using a Allied 300w psu that came with my powerspec case.
running a phenom II x3 720, two sata drives. i mainly got the 5670 to avoid getting a new psu or else i probably wouldve gotten a 5770.
think the 300w would be sufficient?

Well, it doesn't have Active PFC, but it has 15A on 12V rail, so yes, you can run HD5670 on that PSU.
Don't get HD5770, your PSu won't stand, HD5770 needs higher than 300W.
