Change processor of acer4310

I want to change my laptop4310 intel celeron processor 1.73ghz to 3.0ghz is there any posibility that i can replace it.
please help me with this!

Most laptops have their cpus soldered on the mobo so its very unlikely that you can upgrade it.

Some high end laptops have sockets (for the CPU). It is never a good idea to switch over to a higher CPU, or to overclock (if that is even possible) a laptop because doing so will increase the TDP, and create a whole lot of problems.

Leave the present laptop alone.
