Coolit Vantage 0rpm fan?

hello people
i have had the vantage for about 4 months now not that i was excepting much from it
but for some reason the fan dies to 0 rpm and speeds up and dies and randomly
can any one help with this issue?
i am really feed up with it i was also going to ask wats a good cooler for i7 920 that runs @ 4.20 ghz thats under 100USD?

It only comes with 1 fan, but if you need another you can add a second.

will that seriously run a i7 920 @ 4.2 ghz? even the cm i doubt

thx guys sorry for the l8 reply yea just uninstalled HWmonitor and everything seems to be fine, so to be sure that HWmonitor is the problem i reinstalled it and it happened again, so i have uninstalled it and bought CM Silent Fan @ 90cmf @ 19 dB and stuck that to the back in a push pull config altho only a slight performance boost (5-7 degrees Celsius)
