1. keep saving
2. wait 2 months when bulldozer comes out *you'll be saving during this period ;) *
3.????????
4.Profit. A.K.A buy both mobo along with SSD,
will be cheaper since sandforce is releasing something that increases read/write times on SSD's to 350mb/s +

The SSD will not effect your overclocking at all so if that is what you are after then dont worry about it.

Asrock from what i have heard has been putting out some great products as of late. I personally have never gotten into them so I can not recommend what I myself have not tested (just a policy of mine).

Here is a nice mobo in your price range from asus
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813131668
has some nice features like usb 3.0, core unlocker, sata 6gb/s, etc. its 100$ with rebate not sure on shipping though.

Now if you want to overclock I recommend getting an after market cpu cooler dont use the stock ones they are crap. (most of the time) Here is a nice highly rated one that is fairly cheap.
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835103065&cm_re=cpu_cooler-_-35-103-065-_-Product

This is the cpu cooler I personally use, I bought open box because there is not usually much wrong with cpu coolers they are fairly brick like unless some one cracks a heat pipe or some thing here is the link http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835185142R&cm_re=scythe-_-35-185-142R-_-Product

If you dont feel comfortable buying open box then you can get it for just 40$ brand new. Either way it is a cpu cooler that many overclockers use. Hope this all helps
