Case light blinking

I recently bought this case

and it has two lights on the front of the case. The light on the right is strong and constantly shines, but the left light blinks on and off and is dimmer than the right light. Why is this and how could i fix it?

cheap cases often have cheap parts and wiring. chances are theres a pinched wire, broken but connecting wire, or badly soldered joint leading to 1 of the led's. if your comfy doing it unscrew the front panel and give the wires a tug. see if it goes off. if not then look at the soldering and re-solder if you need to.
